How it works

You signal. We validate. Then we invite.

Membership is paid and it is capped. Rather than an open sign-up, tell us you are interested and we will look at whether the room is right for you and you are right for the room. If it is a yes, we set up a conversation and take it from there.

If it is a no, or a not yet, we will tell you plainly.

What we look for

You own how work feels somewhere, and you have the room to change it
You are carrying a real shift right now, not a hypothetical one
You will give as much to the room as you take from it
You can be in the room properly, not half-listening on mute
