What we collect
Your email address, when you give it to us. That’s the main one.
If you fill in one of our forms, whatever else you chose to put in it: your name, your organisation, your role, how you heard about us, and your answers to the How’s Work? questions.
Some basic, anonymous numbers about which pages get visited. No cookies that follow you around, and nothing that identifies you personally.
Why we have it
To send you the things you asked for: the Joyful Roundup, the WorkLab tools, and news about what we’re building.
To reply to you when you get in touch.
To understand which bits of the site are useful, so we can make the rest better.
Who else sees it
Almost nobody. We use Supabase to store it, on servers in the EU, and Resend to send the emails. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t hand it to anyone else unless the law makes us.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want to hear from us. Ask us to stop and we delete it.
Getting rid of it
Reply “stop” to any email from us and you’re off the list.
If you’d rather we deleted everything we hold about you, email us and we’ll do it, usually the same week. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. Those are your rights under UK GDPR and we’re not going to make you fight for them.
Anything else
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
